The new COC Express release includes the long-requested feature "Hotkeys" in Callisto. For the two multi-used features "Dial-direct a selected number" and "Bring Callisto to front" an entry field  is provided at "File", "Settings", "Key combination" to setup the appropriate key combinations. Now, a selected number can be dialled directly from any program or the Callisto operator console can be shown directly. COC Express power users will appreciate this new "Hotkey" feature.

 

As an additional highlight of the new COC Express release, users without a Cisco® phone can also be registered. These users are shown as normal, but unmonitored. Apart from that, all other regular features such as click-to-dial or drag-and-drop operations are included.
 

The new  COC Express feature "last dialed" is great fun. When a phone number is entered, a list of the last dialed phone numbers is shown automatically, even including name resolution if that information is available in Microsoft® Outlook® or in the internal users list. By simply clicking to the wanted phone number in the shown short list, COC Express offers another efficient way of dialing the desired person.
