forecast.
How does it work?
1. CTMaker tries to recognize the specified city with use of
Speech-Recognition.
2. CTMaker looks up the Internet to find a web page with weather forecasts
for the desired city.
3. CTMaker reads the text and convert it into speech with use of a Text-to-Speech
engine.
