SMS

With the SMS-functions CTMaker is able to send short messages via modems to cellular phones. The SMS-providers are defined in the environment, and the SMS-messages are sent over an internal or external modem. The SMS-function of CTMaker is independent from telephony cards. To use this SMS-feature, you need a modem or any other hardware with modem capabilities, such as some ISDN-cards. In the environment-window of CTMaker you can configure the SMS-parameters for each country and each provider. The number of simultaneous SMS, which could be sent, is determined by the number of available modem channels.
